A New Chapter at Carr Mill Mall

After nearly 30 years on West Rosemary Street, Carrburritos is preparing for a move to Carr Mill Mall, taking over the space most famously associated with the former Elmo’s Diner. The relocation, targeted for later in the summer of 2026, promises a larger dining room, a full bar, expanded catering, and easier parking. Until the new location opens, the original West Rosemary Street spot remains open and operating as usual, so longtime fans can keep their routine while the next chapter takes shape.
